Whittard offers next-day or named-day UK delivery for £6.95, available Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) to the UK mainland. Orders must be placed before 5pm to qualify for next-day delivery. During the Christmas period, this service is replaced with an express delivery option to ensure delivery in time for Christmas.
Does Whittard Offer Free Store Collection?
Yes, Whittard offers free store collection, but this service is only available for UK deliveries. Click & Collect orders, which are paid at the point of order, will be ready for collection within 3-5 working days. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection. Click & Reserve orders, where payment is made at the store, will be available within 3 working hours. Orders will be held in-store for 10 days for Click & Collect or 3 days for Click & Reserve before being cancelled and refunded. Gift boxes and hampers are not available through Click & Reserve but can be ordered via Click & Collect.
