Notifications are sent when the order is ready for pickup.

For those in a hurry, Next-Day Click & Collect is available for £9.99, or free for orders over £200. This service ensures delivery within 1 day, and the items are held for 10 days at the selected collection point. To use this option, orders must be placed before 6 pm.

To initiate a return at The Hut, start by registering your return through the ZigZag portal. Click the provided link and ensure that you enter your order number and postcode exactly as shown in your order confirmation. Note that returns are subject to ZigZag’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Next, proceed to the portal to select a carrier for your return. If posting your item, make sure to securely package it and include all required information. Don’t forget to ask for a receipt as proof of postage for your records.

Once your return is received, The Hut will process a refund for the returned goods. You will receive an email notification confirming the refund, which typically takes 3-5 working days from the date the return is received.
