Yes, Eastpak offers free delivery to your preferred collection point, with delivery within 5-7 working days under normal circumstances. Collection is available 7 days a week, depending on the store's opening hours. The parcel must be under 10kg and with maximum dimensions of 60x50x50cm. Will I Still Get Free Shipping If I Return An Item?
If you return an item, the original free shipping charge will not be refunded. However, you can still use the free returns service for exchanges or returns, as per Eastpak's return policy.
